Poloniex, a crypto-exchange which after being acquired by Circle has been in news regarding forced KYC of account holders and delisting waves of several crypto assets one after another, has opened its door for institutional investors allowing them to open accounts and take part in Trade.

Poloniex is providing robust API services, higher withdrawal limits and professional customer support from dedicated team of Account Managers to lure this new class(institutional investors) to its platform and to raise its volume to get in the range of top Crypto-Exchanges.

Institutional Investors are a newbie class in crypto segment and this class is still thin due to regulatory troubles but providing good facilities to them will help more institutional investors to invest in crypto which can help both the exchange and dwindling crypto market.

Poloniex Exchange, which is an US based exchange is at 46th rank in volume wise exchange list and this step will help poloniex to jump above in ranking.

While poloniex has not declared minimum amount needed to open account in this class, their account opening form shown minimum $250K (or equivalent) amount needed for OTC Trades, which might be minimum or not.
